I CCS sono soluzioni ad altissima concentrazionedi coloranti metallo complessi preparate per la formulazione di tinte al solvente.
I concentrati CCS nascono dall’esigenza di sostituire i coloranti in polvere (di tipo solvent) dal ciclo produttivo con liquidi ad altissima concentrazione. Infatti, elevata concentrazione e bassa viscosità, uniscono la praticità d’uso di una soluzione liquida al vantaggio di un bassissimo spazio formulativo, permettendo la scelta del solvente o componente più idoneo all’applicazione.
I CCS sono caratterizzati da buona resistenza alla luce, consentono di ottenere tinte ad elevata trasparenza e con tonalità molto intense ampio spettro di compatibilità con i solventi e con le resine normalmente utilizzate per formulazioni di preparati al solvente
Grazie alla elevata solubilità, le tinte formulate con i concentrati CCS, dopo la verniciatura, conseguono una maggior brillantezza. Nella tinteggiatura di essenze a poro profondo, dove per vari motivi possono esserci difficoltà a tingere il poro, l’inserimento dei CCS ne permette la buona macchiatura in fase di verniciatura.
I CCS Conferiscono un’ottima uniformità in applicazione e possono essere utilizzati in tutti i principali sistemi di tinteggiatura al solvente di manufatti per interni.
I concentrati CCS non sono idonei per sistemi all’acqua, tuttavia, in alcuni casi, possono essere introdotti in piccole percentuali e dopo averne verificato la compatibilità, in sistemi misti acqua e solvente, per apportare una maggior brillantezza di colore.
CCS are metal-complex colorants solutions prepared for solvent-base stains formulations. CCS concentrated liquid dyes were formulated in order to replace powder colorants with much more practical solutions inside the production process and to minimize variations in the mixing solution. In fact, main features of CCS solutions, are very high concentration and low viscosity. These characteristics combine practicality of use of a liquid solution to an advantage of a low formulating space, allowing the choice of the solvent or component more suitable to the application. CCS are characterized by a high fastness to light and by the possibility of full mixing with a wide range of solvents and resins normally used for solvent-base dyes solutions. They allow to obtain stains with a high rate of transparency and very intensive hues. Thanks to their high solubility, stains containing CCS concentrated dyes result more brilliant after varnishing. In the painting of deep pore wood essence, where for various reasons it may be difficult to dye the pore, the inclusion of CCS allows good staining during the painting step.
The CCS gives excellent uniformity in application and can be used in all the main painting solvent-base systems for internal manufacts.
CCS concentrates are not suitable for water systems. In some cases, it is possible to add small percentages, after checking the compatibility, in a mixed solvent and water solution in order to obtain a brighter color.
