ITS MAIN FEATURES Modularity: this line of ovens is made in single modules of 4,6, 9 pizzas, stackable up to 3 modules.
Energy saving: the use of special materials with high insulation capacity, the result of many years experience in the field of professional pizzerias, together with a gasket against high temperatures on the front of the door take the consumption of our ovens to what is strictly needed.
Large Baking chambers (M4: 70×70 cm; M6: 70×105 cm, M6G: 105×70 cm, M9: 105×105 cm), are completely made in stainless steel. Door with double glass with air space . Always in order to grant the perfect safety of the user, we have designed a door with innovative technical features. If the oven is used in the optimal exercise range (around or till 350°C), the external temperature of the door remains within those limits, which grants total safety from burning. The large glass surface allows the constant monitoring of the baking. The use of a system with hinges with springs allows the door to be released in a few second in order to proceed with the cleaning and/or maintenance, without the help of any tool, and grants, in the meantime, an always optimal closing. External structure: The panel is made completely in stainless steel. Temperature gauge in the control panel there is a temperature gauge indicating perfectly and in real time the temperatures inside the baking chambers. Baking surface:
bricks in refractory material certified for the cooking of the food are installed inside the baking chambers. Fastening steam discharger: the oven has a valve for the total or partial fastening of the smoke discharge. Module HOOD represents the upper terminal part of the oven. It collects the baking steams coming out by opening the door and it canalizes them in the chimney flue. Lighting: electric pizza ovens are equipped with internal lighting operated by a push button in the control panel. Temperature setting:
the temperature is set by electro-mechanical thermostats placed on the control panel with the possibility to regulate them from 50°C to 450°C.
TOP Version: it is possible to manufacture the baking chamber of the oven completely (bottom, top, sides and back) in refractory material.

The new plans, result of many years of studying and specialization in the field of the equipment for the professional catering, have brought to the realization of a new product with high technical features.
Spiral, bowl, and dough breaker are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). Bowl can be removable or fixed. The lifting of the head is helped and made by an hydraulic ram with an especially created calibration. Once the head is lifted, in the versions where it’s available, it is possible to release the bowl. The shape of the spiral and the width of the curls allows the realization of a high quality well mixed dough. This model is available only in white painted version. The power supply can be single-phase 230 Volt or three-phase 230/400 Volt (special voltages are available on demand). 24V low-tension controls.
