Dear CLaudio,
are you sure this is the right recipe? Do you really think the ricotta is necessary? Wh not mozzarella cheese?
I don’t remember if in your Mom’s kitchen we ate cannelloni with ricotta or not, but I do remember that you were a lovely family!
